Flexible, affordable housing
We currently have three rental properties to choose from in San Antonio, TX.
Find Housing Now offers spaces in either shared or private bedrooms for people who want safe, clean, and affordable housing. Each room is in a residential home with multiple fully furnished bedrooms, a kitchen, on-site laundry, and fully furnished common areas. Rent includes Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and trash services.
Fully Furnished – Fully furnished bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Bedrooms include a bed, side table, and lamp. Linens and towels are also provided upon request.
Safe – Residents must sign a security camera consent form, acknowledging that there are cameras in all common areas of the house. We also have an operations manager available by phone and text 24/7.
Fun – At least twice a year we host community events for our community.
No Credit Check – We make it simple and easy for you to move in.
Wi-Fi – Free wireless internet for all residents.
No separate utility bills – Your rent includes all utilities.
Flexible leases – We offer annual, monthly, or biweekly rates.
Onsite Laundry – Onsite washer and dryer offers convenience.
Keyless Entry – For both the home and bedroom.
Residents pay a one-time nonrefundable administrative processing fee of $150 plus the first month’s rent to move in.
Requirements vary by the home and housing option. We begin with a simple Housing Needs &
Community Living Intake to understand your budget, preferred area, move-in date, household
size, and housing needs.
Applicants may be asked to provide identification, proof of lawful income or approved housing
assistance, and authorization for any screening required for the specific home. Every application
is reviewed individually and fairly.
Our rental agreements are month-to-month.
