What are the benefits of Find Housing Now?

Fully furnished bedrooms and common areas; no separate utility bills; free Wi-Fi; on-site laundry; keyless entry for the home and bedroom; flexible lease options; no credit check; and an operations manager available by phone and text 24/7. Residents acknowledge cameras in common areas. Community events are hosted at least twice a year.

Is there a move-in deposit?

Residents pay a one-time nonrefundable administrative processing fee of $150 plus the first month’s rent to move in.

How long is the lease?

Our rental agreements are month-to-month. We also discuss annual, monthly, or biweekly rates when those options apply.

What are the requirements to move in?

Requirements vary by the home and housing option. We begin with a Housing Needs & Community Living Intake to understand your budget, preferred area, move-in date, household size, and housing needs. Applicants may be asked to provide identification, proof of lawful income or approved housing assistance, and authorization for any screening required for the specific home.

Do you provide food?

No. Residents arrange their own food. We also do not provide medical treatment, personal care, medication assistance, supervision, transportation, or case management.

Can an agency or program help pay?

Yes. We welcome self-pay residents, working adults, seniors, Veterans, and clients referred by case managers or community organizations. Tell us if family support, employer funding, Housing Choice Vouchers, HUD-VASH, SSVF, Rapid Re-Housing, or another program applies. The payer and property must confirm requirements before move-in.

Can I request a whole home?

Yes. Describe your household or temporary-housing need. Whole-home requests are reviewed separately from shared-room placements.

Does submitting a request guarantee placement?

No. Housing is subject to availability. Submitting a form does not reserve a room or guarantee placement. The provider confirms the opening, requirements, application decision, and written terms.

Can I communicate in Spanish?

Yes. Use the Spanish website or select Spanish as your preferred response language.
