Working Together to Expand Housing Access
Find Housing Now works with case managers, healthcare providers, veteran organizations,
nonprofits, employers, property owners, and community agencies to connect individuals and
families with available rooms, houses, and flexible housing options. Our referral partners help
identify housing needs, coordinate next steps, and support successful placements.
Crisis Center of Comal County (Mission)
is to provide crisis and prevention services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while providing a safe environment where an individual can make educated, unbiased decisions about their future.
The Center for Health Care Services
provides integrated care to improve the lives of children and adults with mental health conditions, substance use challenges and intellectual or developmental disabilities.
National Veterans Outreach – American GI Forum
Veterans served include recently discharged veterans, veterans with physical or psychological disability that creates a barrier to employment, homeless veterans, and veterans that are ex-offenders now trying to regain a role in society.
Southwind Fields
builds a sense of community, independence and empowerment for adults with differing abilities through connection, meaningful experiences, spiritual growth, and a place to call their own.
Haven for Hope (Mission)
is to offer a place of hope and new beginnings. We do this by providing, coordinating, and delivering and efficient system of care for people experiencing homelessness in San Antonio.
Women Veteran of San Antonio (Mission)
is to serve, honor, and empower women Veterans from all eras and branches of service. We accomplish this by providing our women Veterans opportunities to network, socialize, volunteer, and give back to the Veteran community while bringing public awareness to the specific issues of women Veterans.
